k8888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "k8888", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the k8888 online gaming platform accessible at k8888.today, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "You", "User", "Player", "Account Holder" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k8888 platform in any capacity.

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover of deposited or bonus funds required before a withdrawal can be processed, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and k8888. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

5. You have not previously had a k8888 Account closed for violation of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts — under any name, device, payment method, or identity — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k8888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must select a strong, unique password for your k8888 Account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. k8888 support staff will never ask for your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless k8888 is notified of unauthorised access in writing prior to the relevant activity.
• If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify k8888 immediately via live chat or email.
• k8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

k8888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• k8888 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your k8888 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. k8888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems.
• k8888 reserves the right to reject any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Platform cashier and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• Deposited funds may not accrue interest.

k8888 maintains Player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds, providing an additional layer of financial protection for account holders.

Withdrawal of funds from your k8888 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of the KYC verification process. This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address documents.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the k8888 Account.

k8888 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. k8888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games and betting markets on the k8888 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or sports betting section. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• By placing a bet or commencing a game, you confirm you have read and understood the rules applicable to that activity.
• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed. k8888 will not reverse bets or game results on the basis of player error, misunderstanding of odds, or regret.
• k8888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets or games affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or events outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are published within each game or market and may be adjusted by k8888 at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of k8888's disputes resolution team shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory escalation rights.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. The certified RTP for each game is displayed within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Accessing or attempting to access k8888 using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any non-human interface.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity connected to financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the k8888 Platform — including but not limited to the k8888 brand name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game content, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of k8888 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from k8888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use k8888 brand assets, including logos and trademarks, in any context outside the Platform without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of k8888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8888's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that user to k8888 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k8888 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any nature.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of or reliance on the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from actions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or network providers outside k8888's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits k8888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

k8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire user base. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• k8888 provides all account holders with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools free of charge.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion period are prohibited from attempting to circumvent that exclusion by registering new accounts or using third-party credentials.
• k8888 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect problem gambling behaviour, including rapid-cycling deposits and withdrawals, or session patterns inconsistent with recreational play.
• k8888 will not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

k8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, k8888 may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bonus-derived winnings and any funds associated with the breach may be forfeited. Deposits made in good faith will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification and deduction of any sums owed to k8888.

You may voluntarily close your k8888 Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any qualifying balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following standard KYC procedures.

k8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to users. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date shown in the page header.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. Continued use of the k8888 Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure immediately.

Material changes — those that substantially affect your rights or obligations — will be notified via Platform announcement or email to the address registered on your Account where practicable. Failure to receive such notification does not invalidate the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k8888's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of a dispute between you and k8888:

1. First Step — Internal Resolution: You must first submit a formal complaint to k8888's Customer Support team via email or live chat, providing full details of the issue. k8888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days.
2. Second Step — Escalation: If the internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by k8888's licensing authority.
3. Third Step — Regulatory Authority: If escalation to the independent body also fails to resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under which k8888 is licensed.

Neither party shall be obligated to submit to arbitration or litigation in Pakistani courts or any other national court as a first step, but nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
